ASSET EVALUATION

We have vast experience in the valuation of assets, to determine their real values for different purposes, such as: Composition of an accounting report (balance sheet) for equity control; revaluation of property, plant and equipment; use of goods in auctions, insurance, guarantees or pledges; to give equity to company purchase and sale processes (mergers and acquisitions or M&A); in the event of the entry of new partners or corporate dissolution.
