Diretriz Solutions has a multidisciplinary team in which all professionals have extensive experience in leading multinational companies in different segments. EXECUTIVE BOARD
Professional with over 25 years of experience as a senior executive, both in Brazil and abroad, in multinationals such as Baker Hughes & Maersk Oil. With great expertise in business start-ups, Joint Venture Management, Strategic Definition and Strategic Planning, Business Transformations, Stakeholder Management, Change Management, Leadership Development and Development of High Performing Teams. The main areas of specialization are: Strategy, Finance, Leadership and Organizational Affairs. He has held different leadership positions in multicultural organizations in South America, North America and Africa.
Specialist with 30 years of experience in the areas of Strategy, Organizational, Regulatory and Financial.
Very intensive and productive participation in several working groups led by different institutions, such as the IBP (Brazilian Oil and Gas Institute), FIRJAN, FIEB, PROMIMP, among others, in the last 20 years.
Developed and managed different types of projects, such as company restructuring, tax planning, ANP bidding rounds, M&A processes, systems implementation (ERP), Audit Programs, Government contract renegotiation, Startup projects, oil trading and gas.
Executive with over 20 years of leadership experience, mostly in the oil and gas sector (Devon Energy, BP and Equinor), with a strong focus on improving processes in challenging circumstances. Knowledge of reviewing financial procedures, tax planning and tax compliance, resolving tax disputes, reviewing internal controls and contracts, mapping and risk management. On several occasions, involved with start-up operations of companies, working with business development, supply chain management, people development and talent attraction/retention, among others.
